Studio Policies

Think of these as the guardrails that let the creativity and fun happen safely.


Liability & Safety

  • We’re not responsible for personal injuries or illnesses. Bring liability insurance to protect yourself, your team, and your clients.  Larger event bookings may require liability insurance, just check with us if you have a question.

  • You’re responsible for your guests’ safety while you’re here. Direct your own set, but keep it safe.

  • No open flames, smoke bombs, confetti, body oil, or other “we’ll-never-get-this-out-of-the-floor” props without prior approval.


Respect the Space

  • Stick to the areas you booked. The rest of the floor is not a scavenger hunt.

  • Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Plan accordingly.

  • Treat furniture like actual furniture, not trampolines, launching pads, or sleds.

  • No hanging, taping, or hammering into walls unless you’ve cleared it with us.


Cleanliness & Trash

  • We provide trash cans throughout the floor. Use them.

  • Normal trash (food wrappers, paper cups, etc.) is on us.  No need to haul it out.

  • Excessive debris from sets (wood, paint, big props) is on you to remove.


Food, Drink & Pets

  • Water is fine everywhere. Food and drinks? Keep them away from gear unless cleared in advance.

  • Alcohol is allowed if it’s served responsibly and legally.

  • No pets, unless it’s a service animal approved at least 24 hours before your booking. Surprise pets = $250 fee.


Noise & Volume

  • Inside your rented studio, let it rip: rock concerts, loud film scenes, live events… that’s why we’re here.

  • In common areas (hallways, lobby, kitchen), keep it respectful and reasonable. We’re not a monastery, but also not a gun range.


Events, Workshops & Rentals

  • No matter what you’re hosting, whether a photo shoot, film scene, award show, band gig, etc.,  we’ve got you covered. Tables, chairs, pipe/drape, speakers, mics, lighting, cameras, and more are available. Just let us know what you need in advance.


Elevators

  • Four passenger elevators are available for everyone to use.

  • The freight elevator is for gear, sets, and big props, not people. Request access in advance so we can unlock it for you.


Repairs & Maintenance

  • See something broken? Tell us. Break something? That’s on you, and repair/replacement fees apply.

  • Treat the studios like your creative playground… but don’t burn down the swing set.


Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.  But if life throws something wild at you, talk to us. We’ll try to work with you when we can.

  • No refunds for unused time.

  • If we ever need to cancel your booking (rare, but it happens), you’ll get a full refund and our sincere apologies.
